FEMALE FITNESS COACH

Hi there! I'm Emma, a mum of one & a very passionate about creating a safe space for women to life, exercise and improve their fitness. I believe every woman deserves to feel confident, happy, and strong in her body.

I’ve been in the industry since 2019. My fitness journey began in New Zealand, where I discovered a love for helping others achieve their fitness goals while training my sister and a friend. This experience ignited my passion for creating a supportive and empowering environment for women to train, knew when I returned home I wanted to create a female only workout group that helps support women in exercise.

My overall aim is to bring women of different levels together, to exercise - laugh - grow confidence - get stronger & to feel comfortable to exercise. As the benefits of exercise is so much more than “ weight loss “ or “ weight gain “ it changes the mind & body in so many more ways.

I would love to see you on a class in person or online absolutely smashing your mind and body goals.
